A robust sashimi and nigiri menu includes a host of tuna, salmon, red snapper, fresh-water eel and octopus along with original creations, such as the "Yellowtail Mexicano" (yellowtail sashimi seared and topped with jalapeno pico de gallo and ponzu sauce).
